勃根地 Puligny Montrachet 出產全世界最頂尖的夏多內白酒，Leflaive 則是村內公認品質最佳的生產者，被稱為 “勃根地白酒之王”。酒廠坐擁多塊令人垂涎的知名地塊，以生產細膩的白酒著稱， Leflaive在 2004 年購入位於 Maconnais 馬貢產區的葡萄園，這裡的溫和氣候讓夏多內葡萄發展出圓潤豐盈的口感，葡萄仍經人工採收後先在當地榨汁，之後將果汁運回Leflaive位於Puligny Montrachet 的酒窖，由原酒莊的團隊負責發酵與培養。這確是Leflaive一款非常超值的白酒！

King of Burgundy White – Affordable Leflaive 🐔

Puligny Montrachet in Burgundy produces the world's top Chardonnay, and Leflaive is the highest quality domaine in the village and is known as the “King of Burgundy”. Leflaive has many plots of renowned 1er and grand cru vineyards. Maconnais was purchased in 2004. Mild climate there contributes to round and rich chardonnay. After manual harvest, juice extraction is taken place locally while the juice is transported back to the domaine in Puligny Montrachet, where the domaine team is responsible for fermentation and winemaking. This is indeed a very good value of Leflaive!
