依貢米勒 - 摩澤爾世界著名的雷司令
來自依貢米勒的雷司令是當今德國極高質的雷司令。他擁有德國著名的Scharzhofberger葡萄園28公頃中的8公頃，其中包括3公頃來自19世紀未折枝的雷司令葡萄藤。葡萄經人手採摘，除皮後壓榨，然後在1000升的大木桶中發酵6個月。 依貢米勒的甜雷司令可以說是摩澤爾頂級的，而他的Kabinett和Spatlese葡萄酒亦非常精緻優雅。
Egon Muller – World Famous Riesling in Mosel
Riesling from Egon Muller are renowned as very high quality Riesling in Germany today. He owns 8 hectares of vines in the famous Scharzhofberg vineyard which total size is 28 hectares, which includes 3 hectares of ungrafted Riesling vines from the 19th century. Grapes are manual-harvested and then pressed without any skin contact before being fermented in huge 1000-L barrel for 6 months. Muller’s sweet Rieslings are arguably the top quality in Mosel, while his Kabinett and Spatlese wines are unusually fine and elegant.
