Chateau Amour is a wine produced by the Domaine de Panigon located in Civrac in AOC Medoc and managed today by Corinne Leveilley-Dadda and her husband Georges Dadda in an approach of modernity and quality and in the respect of the vine and this exceptional terroir. On the notes, it shows wood aging as much as fruit. Toast and some bitter extraction are contrasted with tight black currant fruits.
